Please note a 50% deposit may be payable on longer appointments in accordance with our Cancellation policy. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of all treatments and clients on courses will lose their free/discounted treatment if 3 cancellations are noted within the 24 hour period. Courses expire after one year of purchase. Failure to provide such notice will incur a deposit on your next booking. Your deposit may be retained for failure to comply with this policy.
